Transaction Types

The transaction type name is defined by the function that was executed within the smart contract code itself. When addresses interact with a smart contract they can trigger the smart contract code via function calls. These functions may range from transferring value, minting tokens, approving a user to perform an action, swap assets, or more. Due to the fact that these functions are within the smart contract code itself, it is up to the smart contract developer to define them.
