CipherTrace Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Trainings

NEW! Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Essentials Certification (BCEC) This new training offering is specifically designed for executives. CipherTrace’s BCEC provides a strong foundation for those new to cryptocurrency and blockchain. Participants learn the essentials behind blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT), how cryptocurrency transactions work, VASP typologies, industry trends, and the role blockchain analytics plays in the crypto ecosystem. BCEC graduates make better informed decisions around cryptocurrency, whether it be in drafting regulations, creating compliance policies, or investigating financial crime.

Cryptocurrency Tracing Certified Examiner (CTCE) CipherTrace’s CTCE training provides hands-on instruction in blockchain and cryptocurrency tracing. Participants develop and hone digital investigation techniques as they learn a risk-based approach to tracing the source of blockchain funds and de-anonymizing cryptocurrency transactions with cryptocurrency forensic tools. Participants learn and demonstrate how to best leverage tools and resources to reduce investigation time, improve information yield, and build an effective investigation.

Certified Cryptocurrency Risk Specialist (CCRS) CipherTrace’s CCRS training provides hands-on instruction in blockchain and cryptocurrency to help those working in the traditional financial sector develop a prudent and risk-based approach to their interactions with the virtual currency economy. Participants learn and demonstrate how to identify, assess and mitigate cryptocurrency risk exposure, and understand their institution’s cryptorelated regulatory responsibilities.
